“It seems like there’s a large fear of the unknown”

Representative David Caprio was quoted in today’s Providence Journal in an article about the hearings surrounding the Global Medicaid Waiver.
“It seems like there’s a large fear of the unknown,” committee member David Caprio, D-Narragansett, observed.
Caprio and other lawmakers appeared sympathetic to the concerns of the citizens who testified, adding questions of their own.
