Representative David Caprio to host holiday open house

Representative David Caprio, District 34, Narragansett, South Kingstown, will be celebrating the season with a Holiday Open House at his home on Ocean Road on Sunday, December 14, 2008 to benefit the Jonnycake Center in Peace Dale, RI.
Representative Caprio is requesting that all of his guests bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the Jonnycake Center. The Jonnycake Center runs an emergency food pantry in Peace Dale and provides food to individuals and families who are having a hard time making ends meet.
“We must not turn our backs on our neighbors that need a little help. I am hopeful that our community will donate enough food so that the Jonnycake Center can provide enough to everyone that requests some help.”
His home, at 545 Ocean Road in Narragansett, will be open from 12-4:00 and be decorated for the holiday season. Hors D’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.
